Founded in 1992 by Fernando Tan Jr., P.T, All Care Physical Therapy started modestly in Freeport. Today, All care Physical Therapy is a state-of-the-art facility with 12 treatment tables, a fully equipped fitness area, a staff of more than 10 full time and part time therapy specialists, assistants, trainers, and aides. Over the past 24 years, we have satisfied scores of referring doctors and thousands of happy patients. Orthopedic, neurological, medical, and surgical cases are all welcomed to our facility.

Fernando improves his service to the general public by training his staff diligently and with pride due to his innate desire to teach and inform. Thus the multi and all specialty idea has expanded his practice into a General/Specialized Physical Therapy and Wellness direction. He recognizes that patients need more then just basic care, and any patients desiring fitness and wellness beyond their injury at our facility will find a comprehensive approach to care, as well as a full spectrum of available treatment to modalities at our new state-of-the-art facility at its beautiful waterfront location at 1158 Atlantic Avenue, Baldwin, NY 11510.
